It is in a great location, close to local restaurants and a supermarket. For those wishing to walk into town this is possible down a new walking track in the daytime. By car, the Old Town is just 5 minutes away with its quaint Ottoman style shuttered buildings and cobbled streets, fabulous restaurants, shops, bars and harbour area.

The villa is surrounded by a perimeter wall which provides a high degree of privacy to the pool terrace and garden area. There are limited sea views from the roof terrace and bedroom balconies.

Ground Floor – Villa Cakil

The entrance to Villa Cakıl is accessed by a short flight of 7 steps leading up from the parking area to the property which opens onto a lovely landscaped enclosed garden and pool terrace.

A modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, Turkish toaster. The stylish kitchen also has a kitchen island and gas hob.

With floor to ceiling large glass windows/doors, the view from the comfortable lounge looks out onto the pool terrace. The lounge includes 2 sofas, an armchair, coffee table, sideboard and smart TV. The entire space feels bright and airy.

On this level there is also a guest WC for convenience. Convenience is further enhanced by complimentary wi-fi internet and air-conditioning throughout the property.

First Floor – Villa Cakil

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor where there are 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Both bedrooms benefit from the full length wrap around furnished balcony, to soak up the beautiful views over Kalkan .

Second Floor – Villa Cakil

More marble stairs lead up to the second floor which is dedicated to the double en-suite master bedroom. Sliding doors leading onto the large roof terrace offer full sunshine and superb sea views, perfect for those wanting privacy and to enjoy romantic sunsets.

Villa Cakil’s outdoor area is well- equipped for families. The perimeter wall and grassy area provide a safe environment for small children under adult supervision.
The pool measures 8 x 3.5m (1.55m deep) with walk-in corner steps (no handrail).

Located around the pool are 6 sunbeds,3 side tables, 2 parasols, 2 rattan armchairs and coffee table, portable BBQ, plus an alfresco dining table for 6 under a shady pergola. A table football table game is included on the pool terrace plus some play equipment for small children. There is a private parking space for 1 car adjacent to the villa’s entrance.
