Villa Donat is a charming holiday villa located in the pastoral Uzumlu Village, a mere 10-15 minutes’ drive from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan. With its four bedrooms, comprising three double and one twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies, the villa is capable of comfortably accommodating eight guests, which can be increased to ten with the use of the sofa beds in the lounge area. The pool is tucked away from the prying eyes of outsiders, making it an idyllic location for guests seeking a high level of privacy, be it for personal or religious reasons. 

Nestled near the famous Lycian Way, Villa Donat boasts stunning panoramic views across the plain towards Patara Beach, which are especially magnificent at sunset.  

The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet, covered parking space, and garage facilities. Please note, however, that the last 300-400 metres of the road leading to the villa is unmade and narrow. 

Ground Floor – Villa Donat

The ground floor of the villa offers a spacious open-plan modern kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge area that flows out onto the pool terrace. The lounge area features two large sofas that can be used to expand the villa’s capacity to ten guests, along with two armchairs, a coffee table, and a large television. The kitchen is well-equipped with a built-in oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and a toasted sandwich maker. The dining table, which seats six, combined with four bar stools around the kitchen island, provides indoor dining space for up to ten guests. Additionally, a communal cloakroom is located on this floor. 

First Floor – Villa Donat

The first floor boasts two spacious double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a furnished balcony offering distant sea views.  

Second Floor – Villa Donat

The second floor features a double and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and a furnished balcony with equally impressive sea views. The top floor landing is home to a jacuzzi, available for use by all guests while taking in the beautiful panoramic scenery.

Outdoors – Villa Donat

Outside, the secluded pool terrace features an al fresco dining area for eight, complete with a conveniently located stone-built barbecue. Four sun loungers and two parasols are available for guests to relax and bask in the sun. The pool is 8 x 4 metre sand  1.6 metres deep.
