Ground Floor:

As you enter the ground floor level you are welcomed into a spacious open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with the benefits of a dishwasher, washing machine and water cooler. Sliding floor to ceiling doors open out onto a superb, very private terraced area with pool, dining and seating areas.

The comfy, fully air-conditioned lounge area with views of the gardens and pool, has a TV with device for watching UK channels which is a great advantage for bored teenagers!

A WC is also located on the ground floor.

First Floor:

The first floor is dedicated completely to the great en-suite master bedroom. Fully air-conditioned it has a super king-sized double bed, a seating area for relaxing in plus a lovely large separate dressing area too. There’s a balcony with two chairs to relax on overlooking the pool, gardens and Kalkan.

Second Floor:

This floor houses a double bedroom and a twin, both of which share a long balcony and has sea views. There is also a separate shower room on this floor for these bedrooms and the top floor bedroom.

Third Floor:

A further twin room with air-conditioning can be found on the top floor. There’s also access to the fabulous sea view roof terrace, which is a great area to watch the sunset or early morning sunrise. As well as comfy sofas, there is a small kitchenette consisting of fridge, sink and cupboard.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – Master en-suite, air-conditioned, with super king-size bed, separate dressing area, seating area, balcony. First floor.
Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom, air-conditioned, opens onto balcony shared with twin room. Second Floor.
Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom, air-conditioned, opens onto balcony shared with double room. Third Floor.
Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom, air-conditioned with access to sea view roof terrace. Top floor.

Outside:

Outside, the villa boasts a large private terrace with pool within beautiful mature gardens. There are plenty of areas to sunbathe on with six sun loungers and three large parasols for those who enjoy the shade. Plus plenty of different areas to find peace and quiet, including the hammock area. For those who enjoy cooking outside, there’s a BBQ too.

The terrace has a large dining table which seats 8 guests under a bougainvillea covered pergola providing natural shade. There is another smaller seating area, and a double hammock on the shady upper terrace.

The stunning roof terrace is the perfect place to chill and enjoy the sunsets. A fridge is available to make sure you have cold drinks available for those sundowner G&Ts.
