It is in a great location near to local restaurants and a supermarket, and an easy 10-minute stroll into the Centre. By car, the Old Town is just a couple of minutes away with its quaint Ottoman style shuttered buildings and cobbled streets, fabulous restaurants, shops, bars and harbour area.

The entrance to Villa Kazarman is approached on the level from its off-street parking area. On entering a modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, Turkish coffee machine and toaster, and a breakfast bar.

With floor to ceiling large glass windows/doors, the view from the comfortable lounge looks out onto the pool terrace. The lounge includes an L-shaped sofa and smart TV (Netfix inc.), a cosy fireplace niche, and there is an indoor dining table with 6 chairs. Added comfort and convenience for guests comes from Air conditioning and wi-fi throughout.

On this level there is also a guest WC.

First Floor – Villa Kazarman

Wide stairs (no handrail) lead up to the first floor where there are 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin bedroom. Each of these bedrooms have a private furnished balcony with chairs and a coffee table to soak up the beautiful views over Kalkan Bay.

Second Floor – Villa Kazarman

Wide stairs (no handrail) lead up to the second floor which is dedicated to the double en-suite bedroom. Sliding doors lead onto a large furnished balcony offering full sunshine and good sea views, perfect for those wanting privacy and to enjoy romantic sunsets.

The sauna and Turkish bath are located on this level along with a utility area containing a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside – Villa Kazarman

The villa’s pool terrace has been tastefully furnished, featuring an outdoor dining area with an adjacent built-in BBQ and a comfortable seating group, located on either the side of the villa under shady pergolas providing the perfect setting for al-fresco living and dining.

The terrace comprises a larger than usual pool measuring 13 x 4m (1.50m deep) with step ladder access and a shallow area for sun loungers. The terrace has a charming garden area and is furnished with 6 sunbeds, 3 side tables and 3 parasols, a luxurıous ‘pod’ seat, a swing, a seating group and table tennis – basically all that guests need to enjoy their stay.

There is on street parking available adjacent to the villa.
