Villa Kilim is a secluded holiday villa located in the centre of Islamlar village, a short 10-15 minutes drive from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan, and has a capacity for six guests. With a large outdoor space and excellent distant sea views it provides a simple but comfortable retreat for guests. The location and landscaping results in a high level of privacy of the villa, meaning that it is suitable for guests with high privacy requirements, be it for religious or other reasons. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has free wifi internet. 

Located only 200-300 metres from the centre of the village, guests are able to purchase daily essentials from the local grocers shop, visit the nearby mosque and partake in the fare of several local restaurants. There is onsite parking for two vehicles. We do strongly recommend the use of a car in this location.

Ground Floor – Villa Kilim

The accommodation comprises an open-plan kitchen/ dining / lounge area which opens directly onto the alfresco dining area and the pool terrace beyond. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for inhouse dining including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dish washer, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The lounge area is furnished with two large sofas, coffee table and flat screen tv. An indoor dining table for six completes the setting for an enjoyable stay. There is a twin bedroom on this floor which opens directly onto the pool terrace and shares the adjacent communal bathroom.  

First Floor – Villa Kilim

Two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms occupy the first floor. They share a large balcony with a comfortable seating area from which guests can enjoy the jaw-dropping panoramic views of the surrounding rural countryside, the mountains and on to Kalkan Bay & the Islands.

Bedroom 1 –  Twin with two single beds, wardrobe. Shares communal shower room accessed from the living area. Direct access to the pool terrace. 

Bedroom 2 – Double with king size bed, wardrobe, small table and chair, ensuite shower room, shared furnished sea view balcony.

Outdoors – Villa Kilim

Situated in approximately one acre of land, this villa has a very large garden with mature planting, and combined with the additional features including a magnificent traditional shaded kosk seating platform with a wood burning stove BBQ/oven, provides an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday.  

An alfresco dining area with superb views is under the upper balcony and beyond is the private swimming pool some 6 x 3 metres in dimensions and with a depth of 1.5 – 1.6 metres. Six sun loungers and a large parasol complete the setting for a relaxing holiday. 

The pool terrace has a small outdoor jacuzzi from which guests may take in the superb rural views.
