The entrance to Villa Lighthouse 1 is accessed by just 3 steps leading up to the property which opens onto a lovely pool terrace with limited sea views and a landscaped garden. A modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, Turkish toaster and water cooler. The stylish kitchen also has a kitchen island and gas hob.

With floor to ceiling large glass windows/doors, the view from the comfortable lounge looks out onto the pool terrace. The lounge includes 2 sofas, an armchair, coffee table, sideboard and smart TV.
