Villa Mona Roza is a very private, luxurious contemporary-style holiday villa and the plethora of balconies and terraces can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in five bedrooms: four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.

Enjoying breathtaking panoramic views across the bay and surrounding mountains, the villa is perfect holiday location for larger groups wanting some space and a high degree of private seclusion.

Villa Mona Roza is fully air-conditioned, has complimentary WiFi, and has a safe and security alarm system providing guests with comfort, convenience and peace of mind.

The villa is approximately a 7–10 minute drive from Kalkan’s centre. There are two supermarkets a short distance away and also grocers shops and restaurants that deliver to the villa free of charge.

If you intend to go down to the centre of Kalkan regularly or want to explore more of the region, a car rental can be more practical and affordable. Many and very reasonably priced taxi services are available. We can provide quotes for car rental or recommend taxi services (drivers’ WhatsApp numbers).

Ground Floor – Villa Mona Roza

The entrance to the villa is from the rear where there is a large private parking area. The ground floor of the villa has an extremely spacious open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors which run almost the full width of the ground floor living space that provides for a seamless connection between the inside and outside space.

The accommodation comprises a U-shaped kitchen, a living area, and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a range of Samsung appliances, including a built-in oven and microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and water cooler.

The living area has two large comfortable sofas and armchairs, a coffee table and a large screen television with English-speaking channels – an excellent place to enjoy the panoramic view whilst taking advantage of the air conditioning.

The dining area with an extendable dining table is located between the kitchen and lounge area and enjoys the same stunning sea views. There is also a cloakroom/utility on this floor with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

First Floor – Villa Mona Roza

The first floor has three large double bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and share a large furnished sea view balcony to the front of the property. The first bedroom has a large circular Jacuzzi set within the room. The third double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, a balcony to the front of the building, and a large picture window to the side.

Second Floor – Villa Mona Roza

The second floor has another double and one twin bedroom. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room as well as a large circular Jacuzzi bath. There is a Juliette balcony to the front and access to the large furnished roof terrace with spectacular sea views. The twin bedroom has en-suite shower room and a Juliette balcony to the front and access to the large furnished sea view roof terrace

Outdoors – Villa Mona Roza

Villa Mona Roza’s large infinity-edged pool boasts the most spectacular uninterrupted sea views and runs virtually the whole length of the property. It is 13.5 x 5m in dimensions, and also has a children’s pool area and a shallow portion, into which sun-loungers can be placed.

The outdoor area is well furnished with 10 sun-loungers, a comfortable rattan seating group, swing and an al-fresco dining area with seating for up to 12 guests, together with a gas BBQ for your use. Pergolas extending from the property provide shade for those guests wishing to escape from the sun’s rays.
