Situated in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, Villa Mutlu is in an elevated position and a deceptively large 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa. With a sea view pool and split-level terraces, you can relax around the pool while other members of your group enjoy brunch.

The inside of Villa Mutlu is one two floors, but each level is unique in the layout. Rooms are split level off another room or corridor, and the bedrooms are of generous proportions.

Ground Floor – Villa Mutlu

As the villa is in an elevated position, the entrance level is up the steps from road level, to the pool area and up a few more steps from here. Once inside, the entrance opens out into the kitchen and dining area which overlooks the pool. The kitchen is a galley style kitchen, with all the usual appliances. Steps down from the kitchen area take you to the comfortable lounge area, while steps up from the kitchen take you to the WC cloakroom and double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom incorporates a dressing room area, sofa and access to the poolside.

First Floor – Villa Mutlu

The first floor has a further 3 bedrooms, consisting of 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom, also with an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has a lovely sea view, is fully air conditioned and has a small balcony.

Top Floor – Villa Mutlu

Although there is a roof terrace, it is not currently in use.

Outside Villa Mutlu

From the poolside terrace you have wonderful views of the two islands in the bay known affectionately as Mouse & Snake. The view is panoramic across the town, bay and even stretching to Kalamar Bay. The pool at Villa Mutlu unlike most other villas, is more or less square at around 7m x 6m, and between 1.3 and 1.7m deep. There are 6 sun-beds and 2 large parasols.

At road level, the villa has a gated driveway for parking, and an under-villa storage area where the washing machine is located.
