The entrance to Villa My Villa is accessed by a number of steps leading up to the property which opens onto a pool terrace commanding wonderful countryside and sea views. The open plan spacious living incorporates a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ice maker, kettle, cafetière, UK toaster and water cooler. There is a dining area adjacent with table and seating for 6 guests, and the villa has Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

The comfortable lounge with 2 sofas, 2 chairs and coffee table, has dual aspect windows/doors benefitting from the picturesque views out across the pool. The lounge also has a smart TV and direct access to the pool terrace.

There is also a guest shower room and WC on this level.

First Floor – Villa MyVilla

The first floor accommodates 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other two are double bedrooms. These bedrooms all benefit from a large, shared balcony enjoying the panoramic views.

On this level the laundry room can also be found which has a washing machine, iron and iron board.

There is a private driveway with parking for 3 cars and we would suggest a car is essential in this location.
