Villa Seahorse 1  is a one-bedroom villa  located high on the hillside, in Kalkan’s Kiziltas district, which commands spectacular sea views over Kalkan Bay. Sleeping a maximum of two guests and designed to ensure maximum privacy around the pool, guests can enjoy the sunshine and relax whilst taking in the spectacular sea views in an atmosphere far from prying eyes. 

Ground Floor – Villa Seahorse 1

The villa is approached by a flight of steps leading down to its entrance from the road above. All the accommodation is on the one level and consists of a large open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area  and a large double en-suite double bedroom. The lounge is simply but tastefully furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a large flat screen tv, and has an island  breakfast bar with two bar stools between it and the villa’s modern kitchen area. There is air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout the villa. 

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances needed to self-cater, including a built-in oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave oven and toaster. 

The villa’s bedroom is located to the side of the living space,  and with virtually wall to wall full length glazing all areas in the villa have direct access to the pool terrace and command the same panoramic views.

Bedroom 1: Spacious room with king size bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets , large double jacuzzi and en-suite shower room with glass divide. Direct access to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors.

Whilst being in a group of villas located high in the foothills of the Taurus mountains above Kalkan, the villa has a totally private pool and pool terrace making it an ideal choice for those guests desiring a very high level of privacy be it for religious or other reasons. 

Guests can enjoy the superlative panoramic views from around the villa’s infinity pool which is 9 x 4 metres and  has a depth of 1.5 metres, and there are steps which facilitate entrance to the pool (no handrail). 

The pool terrace is equipped with two sun loungers with a side table, one umbrella, a large double swing and a dining table which seats four under a shady pergola. A portable charcoal burning BBQ is available for guests’ use. 

The villa has on-street parking, Wi-Fi internet and satellite tv (Turkish Channels). 

The villa is approximately 1.5 km from the centre of Kalkan. (5 minutes by car) It is located on a hillside overlooking the most spectacular scenery and can be reached easily by road with the last 100 metres a steep concrete road. The closest supermarket is approximately 400m away.
