The entrance to Villa Selin is accessed by just 14 steps leading up to the property which opens onto a wraparound pool terrace. The open plan spacious living incorporates a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, built in microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a dining area adjacent with table and seating for 6 people, and a highchair.

The comfortable lounge with 3 sofas and a further 2 chairs and coffee table, has dual aspect windows/doors benefitting from the beautiful pool and picturesque sea views. The lounge also has a smart TV and direct access to the pool terrace. For comfort and convenience, the villa has Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

There is also a utility area with washing machine, iron, ironing board and guest WC.

First Floor – Villa Selin

On this level the carefully planned spacious master en-suite takes full advantage of the panoramic sea views with floor to ceiling windows, a wraparound balcony, and a picture window from the jacuzzi bath. The enormous en-suite also accommodates a Rain Forest shower, twin sinks, and a massage chair.

Accessed from a side door off the landing there is a balcony for drying clothes.

Second Floor – Villa Selin

The second floor accommodates 2 further spacious en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other a double. A cot is also available. These bedrooms benefit from a large, shared balcony enjoying the fabulous turquoise sea views over the bay.

Accessed from a side door off the landing there is a balcony for drying clothes.

At the very top of the villa there is a third-floor roof terrace giving 360 degrees breath-taking views over Kalamar Bay and the surrounding area, perfect for watching the infamous Kalkan sunsets.

Villa Selin has a good-sized sun-bathing terrace with pool measuring 7 x 3m (1.55m deep) and having ladder steps. Sunbeds, side tables and parasols surround the pool which has wonderful sea views and an outdoor shower.

A built-in charcoal BBQ and dining table seating 6 people under a covered shady pergola makes for delightful alfresco dining. Villa Selin has a charming, tranquil feel and will make the perfect family holiday.
