The entrance to Villa Umut opens onto a lovely pool terrace a landscaped garden. A modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, UK toaster and water cooler.

With floor to ceiling large glass windows/doors, the view from the comfortable lounge looks out onto the pool terrace. The lounge includes an L-shaped sofa and smart TV, and there is an indoor dining table with 6 chairs and highchair. Added comfort and convenience for guests comes from Air conditioning and wi-fi throughout.

On this level there is also a guest WC, and utility area with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

First Floor – Villa Umut

Stairs lead up to the first floor where all 3 en-suite bedrooms lead off off a stylish mezzanine landing, there are 2 doubles and 1 twin bedroom, all with views across Kalamar and with partial sea views.

Second Floor – Villa Umut

The final floor is dedicated to the roof terrace which offers full sunshine and superb sea views over Kalamar Bay and across Kalkan, and is the perfect place for enjoying a sundowner.

The terrace comprises a pool measuring 7 x 3m (1.55m deep) with walk-in roman steps and a shallow children’s area, portable bbq and outside shower. There is an outdoor table & chairs under a covered pergola, 6 sunbeds with side tables and parasols, and a sofa set, all of which comfortably accommodate 6 people for alfresco living and dining.

To the side and rear of property is a lawned garden area, and the pool terraces also have a selection of plants in large tubs to bring some refreshing greenery to the ambience.

There is on road private parking for multiple cars on a quite residential street.
