The ground floor has a semi open plan kitchen/ living area and separate bathroom with wc, shower and wash hand basin. The spacious living room has a corner style seating group, flat screen TV, air conditioner, coffee table and open fireplace. Doors from here lead directly out to the pool terrace.

The kitchen area is bright and modern fully furnished with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and dining table with chairs to seat 6.

The first floor has 2 double bedrooms both have air conditioning and shared balcony that has sea views and over looks Kalkan. Also on this floor is a family bathroom with walk in shower.

The top floor has an attic room with 2 single beds, (please note height restrictions may apply). You will also find the utility room here with washing machine and hand basin. The room opens out to a good-sized balcony with stone-built BBQ and table, perfect place to relax in the evenings and admire the spectacular sunsets.
