Conveniently located in the popular area of Kalamar, Set over 3 floors the villa comfortably accommodates up to six people and is only a 5 minute walk from the sea, beach club and deep sea diving centre. Also an easy 5 minute stroll from the nearest shops and restaurants.

The lovely village of Kalkan, with its cobbled streets, whitewashed, shuttered Ottoman buildings, many excellent Turkish and International restaurants, enticing shops, and picturesque harbour is a comfortable 15 minute walk from the villa (and less than 5 minutes by car or taxi).

The ground floor has a semi open plan kitchen/ living area and separate bathroom with wc. shower and wash hand basin. The spacious living room has a corner style seating group, satellite, LCD TV, DVD Player, air conditioner, coffee table and a open fireplace. Doors from here lead directly out to the pool terrace.

The kitchen area is bright and modern fully furnished with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and dining table with chairs to seat 6

The first floor has 2 double bedrooms both have air conditioning and shared balcony that has sea views and over looks Kalkan, also on this floor is a family bathroom with walk in shower

The top floor has a attic room with 2 single beds, (please note hight restrictions may apply)you will also find the utility room here with washing machine and hand basin, The room opens out to a good sized balcony with stone built BBQ and table, perfect place to relax in the evenings and admire the spectacular sunsets
