Ground Floor – Villa Yakut

Villa Yakut is tastefully decorated throughout with neutral tones and natural stone walls. It has an open plan living area, and the kitchen is well-equipped and contains an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freeze, kettle and toaster. A washing machine is housed beneath the stairs. There is a dining table and chairs which seats 6 guests.

The comfortable lounge area includes 2 sofas, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD player, and doors open onto the pool terrace. The villa enjoys air-conditioning & complimentary wi-fi throughout.

There is a twin bedroom with direct access to the pool terrace, and this bedroom has use of a shower room with WC also on this level.

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are 2 double en-suite bedrooms, and both rooms have access to a spacious balcony with stunning sea views across Kalkan bay.

Bedroom 1 – Twin bedroom, single beds, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning, direct access to the pool terrace, separate shower room (this bedroom is on the ground floor).

Villa Yakut has a private infinity edge pool with ladder steps and the most wonderful sea views. Surrounding the pool are sunbeds with parasols and side tables, and there is also a terrace area for alfresco dining with seating for 6 guests.

Villa Yakut is the perfect property for families or small groups, wanting to be close to the Old Town, Harbour and all the restaurants and shops, while being able to enjoy some peaceful time just relaxing around your pool.
