The villa is in a quiet location just 3 kilometres from Kalkan old town and harbour, 5 minutes by car or a 30-minute walk. With air-conditioning and wifi throughout, the extra touches are wrapped up with an alarm system to add to your peace of mind.

Ground Floor – Villa Zoe 

The feeling of luxury begins the minute you turn the key, and the interior is stylish throughout. Filled with natural light from the floor to ceiling glass doors, the open plan living area is modern and striking and opens out on the sophisticated pool terrace. 

The kitchen is well equipped with modern luxuries you’d expect from a villa of this magnitude, incorporating an integrated electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is a breakfast bar with stools, and dining table with seating for 6 guests.   

The contemporary lounge offers comfortable seating and maximises the view which looks out across the pool terrace and over to Firnaz Bay, perfect for taking in the sunsets. On this level is the first stylish en-suite bedroom with jacuzzi bath, which also opens out onto the pool terrace. The second double en-suite bedroom is also on the ground floor, but accessed separately from outside.

First Floor – Villa Zoe 

Stairs leads up to the first floor where the opulent décor continues and there is a further double en-suite bedroom  with a jacuzzi bath with wonderful sea views. On this level there is a second large sun terrace with pergola shade with comfortable seating and swing seating to soak up the picturesque views.

The elegant pool terrace has a saltwater infinity pool with an integrated jacuzzi. The luxury furnishings continue with sunbeds adorning the pool and there is an alfresco dining and seating area with an automatic canopy for shade.

The private pool terrace has panoramic mountain and sea views, and this wonderful villa provides for a memorable holiday. The terraces have beautiful raised beds providing a fresh feel to the overall ambience.

There is private parking at the entrance to the property. 

Villa Zoe is one of three villas, and for larger families or groups Villa Kai and Noi can booked in conjunction where availability allows.
