Ground Floor – Villa Anatolia 2

On entering the ground floor area, you will find beautifully laid out open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, flooded with light from the floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows & glass doors.
The décor is neutral and chic in design, starting with the living area selection of sofa seating, TV, coffee table and occasional chairs. The large windows offer a view out over the pool terrace and the panoramic sea views.

There is a dining table and chairs big enough to seat 10 and this is adjacent to the stunning fitted kitchen which offers all the amenities you would expect including oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, water cooler and microwave. The whole dining and kitchen area is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and doors, leading straight out onto the pool terrace.

Completing the ground floor is the first of the double bedrooms, complete with en-suite shower room and like the rest of this floor, allows direct access onto the pool terrace and those views.

First Floor – Villa Anatolia 2

Open wooden stairs (note: no hand-rail) lead to the first-floor where there are 3 bedrooms, one double room, one twin room and a master bedroom suite, each designed with the same classic styling as the living area with the added comfort expected in a bedrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite shower room also includes a Jacuzzi bath, perfect for those that really love to relax.

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Anatolia 2

The lower ground floor comprises the fifth bedroom – a double with en-suite shower room and large glass doors opening onto a private terrace with sea views – a private gym area equipped with treadmill, dumbbells and bench plus table football and darts for less energetic guest fun.

Outside Villa Anatolia 2

The outside areas of Villa Anatolia 2 are superb, starting with the central private infinity pool which includes a shallow area for sun loungers. Adjacent to the pool is a ‘sunken garden’ style comfortable seating area, and on the opposite side is cabana style kosk seating from which to kick back and enjoy the views, day or night. There is also a large comfortable day bed, and a selection of other comfortable sun loungers and seating to allow guests plenty of choice between sunny/shady locations to relax.

At the side of the villa there is a shaded alfresco dining area, with table and chairs for 10, a BBQ, and access to the rear small garden area. The pool shower is also in this area. The garden is the perfect place to enjoy a lovely quiet shady escape area from other guests for a spot of reading or just chilling out.

Steps from the pool terrace lead down to the access for the lower ground floor terrace, bedroom and games room. Please note there is NO interior access to these rooms, only the exterior staircase.
