The villa is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the town centre of Kalkan. Nearby beach clubs such as Lures, Kalamar, and Kulube are within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Additionally, a Carrefour supermarket and several excellent restaurants along Kalamar Road are accessible within a 5 minute walk.

Villa Eliza – Lower Ground Floor

The lower level of Villa Eliza can be accessed via a separate entrance from the street level, providing an additional level of space for anyone wanting independence, such as couples, older teenagers, or groups seeking extra privacy within the villa.

As well as a twin room, this separate suite offers a spacious and comfortable environment through sliding doors to a large furnished lounge area, with a large L-shaped sofa set and table football.

Bedroom 1 is a twin room, equipped with a vanity table, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. This room has access to a shower room situated opposite the living area.

Bedroom 2 is accessible via a staircase from the living area and is a double bedroom featuring a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. This room also includes a vanity table, bedside tables, and a wardrobe.

Villa Eliza – Ground Floor

The ground floor is accessed via the main steps to the entrance level of the villa.  Upon entering the villa the open plan living area is both spacious and contemporary. Full height glass doors flood the space with natural light and open directly onto the poolside terrace.

The lounge area is stylishly furnished with comfortable seating, coffee tables, a wall-mounted 75″ Smart TV, and a soundbar.

The sleek, modern kitchen is finished in chic black tones and is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, two ovens, a steam oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a built-in Franke coffee machine, and a water cooler. A breakfast bar with 4 stools provides a casual spot for morning coffee or light meals.

There is also a utility room with a washing machine, an iron, ironing board and a guests’ WC.

Villa Eliza – First Floor

The first floor of Villa Eliza comprises three additional bedrooms, both of which are en-suite: two double rooms and one twin room.

Bedroom 3 serves as the master bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed and an expansive en-suite shower room featuring a double shower and twin washbasins. The room is furnished with a vanity table, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. Glass sliding doors provide access to a private balcony, furnished with two chairs and a small table, ideal for enjoying the sea views.

Bedroom 4 is a double room offering a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. This room also contains a vanity table, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. Glass sliding doors open onto a private balcony, furnished with two chairs and a small table, which provides breathtaking views.

Bedroom 5 is a twin room that includes an en-suite shower room. It is similarly furnished with a vanity table, bedside tables, and a wardrobe.

Villa Eliza – Second/Top Floor

The  top floor of Villa Eliza contains two bedrooms, both with access to a roof terrace with views over Kalamar Bay. These bedrooms are situated under the eaves, therefore height restrictions may apply.

Bedroom 6 is a double room, equipped with bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 7 is a double room, equipped with bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Bedrooms 6 and 7 share a shower room on this floor.

Villa Eliza – Outside

Villa Eliza boasts two pools and various areas for relaxation and entertainment. The main infinity pool is 10m x 8m, depth 1.55m, then there is the smaller pool which measures 5m x 3m, depth 1.35m at the villa’s rear providing another refreshing option.

The front terrace includes 8 sun loungers, parasols, seating, and dining tables for up to 14 guests. An outdoor shower and a built-in Broil King barbecue grill make it perfect for al fresco meals.

At the back, near the secondary pool, there are two more sun loungers, a parasol, and a table tennis table.

Please note: there are a number of steps from road level to the main villa entrance which may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
