Arranged entirely on one level, villa Alaca features a bright, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open directly onto the terrace, filling the space with natural light and providing uninterrupted views of the coast.

The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and dinnerware for four. The dining table seats four, and the living room includes a modern sofa group, coffee table, TV, and air conditioning.

The bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables, a vanity table, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, and direct access to the terrace and pool area. It also includes a small indoor pool (3.5 m × 2.5 m, 1.3 m deep) with sea views, which can be heated for an additional charge.

Outdoors – Villa Alaca

The terrace and garden are designed to maximize the stunning coastal scenery. The villa offers a private outdoor infinity pool (8 m × 3.5 m, 1.5 m deep) in a sheltered garden. Sun loungers, parasols, shaded seating, an al-fresco dining table, and a barbecue complete the space. The garden and pool are fully private, providing a secluded area to relax, enjoy sunrise or sunset, or dine under the stars.
