The lounge offers comfortable seating, a TV unit, air-conditioning, and sliding doors opening onto the terrace and outdoor pool.

A spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also located on this floor. This serene room provides direct terrace access, a Jacuzzi bath, air-conditioning, and the added luxury of its own indoor pool (approx. 3.5 × 2.5 m, depth ~1.20 m) positioned within the bedroom for complete privacy. A cosy sofa sits beside the pool, creating a relaxing space to unwind. The indoor pool can be heated year-round, with heating provided free of charge during the winter season.

This private retreat features a 7 × 3.5 m pool (depth ~1.50 m), sun-loungers, a comfortable seating area, and a barbecue. A shady outdoor dining space provides the perfect spot for long, leisurely meals while enjoying the tranquil natural surroundings. The combination of its hillside position and total seclusion makes the outdoor area one of the villa’s most appealing features.
