On the ground level, you’ll enter a welcoming open-plan area where the living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow seamlessly into one another. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances — fridge‑freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle — and ample cookware, supporting effortless self-catering for six. The lounge is comfortable and airy, with cosy seating, a flat-screen TV and sliding glass doors that open out to the terrace. A guest WC and a utility room (with washing machine and ironing board) are also found here. 

Two en-suite bedrooms sit on this same floor: one twin room and one double. Both benefit from floor-to-ceiling glass doors that bathe the rooms in natural light and connect directly to the outdoor pool terrace. Adjacent to the double bedroom is an indoor plunge pool, which can be heated on request, creating a tranquil and private spot to unwind. 

First Floor – Villa Kaya Evi

A stylish staircase rises to the first floor, where the master bedroom awaits. This bright suite features a double bed, en‑suite shower room, and a luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub. A sofa seating area and wooden-deck balcony complete the space — the balcony offers panoramic views over the bay, making it a serene setting for morning coffee or an evening drink.

Outdoors – Villa Kaya Evi

Villa Kaya Ev’s outdoor space is designed to maximise both stunning scenery and seclusion. A private infinity pool, featuring a built-in jacuzzi corner, is set on one side of the villa to maximise privacy. Around the pool, six sun loungers, parasols, a cushioned lounge area, dining table for six and a barbecue make for a versatile and relaxing terrace. The elevated hillside location combined with mature landscaping ensures a peaceful, secluded atmosphere in which to soak in the coastline and bay.

To make your stay even more comfortable, the villa offers optional services including: indoor pool heating, a private chef or catering, daily or mid‑stay housekeeping, and airport transfers or chauffeur service.

Please note:

For larger groups seeking multiple nearby villas while retaining privacy, Villa Kaya Ev can be booked together with Villa Sedir Ev and Villa Ambar Ev to accommodate up to 18 guests. The final 150–200 metres of road to the villa is steep and unpaved, so an SUV or 4-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended if hiring a car.
