Lower Ground Floor – Villa Panora 1 

The lower ground floor hosts a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to a shaded, covered terrace area, providing a cool and private outdoor space ideal for relaxation. The villa is entered on the lower ground floor, adding to the sense of privacy and convenience. This room does not have sea views. 

Ground Floor – Villa Panora 1 

The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with direct access to the pool terrace via sliding glass doors. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV. The indoor dining table comfortably seats four guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, electric oven with gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and a full range of cookware and utensils. (No bedrooms are located on this floor.) 

First Floor – Villa Panora 1 

The first floor accommodates two en-suite bedrooms: one double and one twin. The double bedroom features a jacuzzi bath positioned within the bedroom and opens onto a furnished balcony with sea views. The twin bedroom also benefits from a furnished sea-view balcony, offering comfortable accommodation on this level.

Bedroom 1 (First Floor): Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a rainforest shower, double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, TV, make-up table, in-room jacuzzi bath, and furnished balcony with sea view.  

Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a rainforest shower, two single beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe with full-length mirror, TV, dressing table with mirror and stool, and furnished balcony with sea view 

Bedroom 3 (Lower Ground Floor): Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a rainforest shower, double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, TV, make-up table, and direct access to a covered terrace area (no sea view) 

Outdoors – Villa Panora 1 

The outdoor area is centred around a private swimming pool measuring approximately 8 × 4 metres with a depth of around 1.5 metres. The pool includes a small shallow section suitable for children under parental supervision or for placing sun loungers in the water. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and two umbrellas. A dining table that seats four is positioned adjacent to the pool and can be accessed directly from the kitchen, making outdoor dining easy and convenient. A BBQ completes the outdoor facilities, creating an inviting space for relaxed holiday living.

Note: There are 4 sun beds and 4 outside dining table chairs already but if you need 2 each extra owner will provide.
