Gul Suite Apartment is a stylish one-bedroom penthouse apartment enjoying a fabulous position in the heart of Kalkan Old Town.

Its standout feature is the exceptionally spacious private roof terrace, with far-reaching views across Kalkan Bay, the harbour and surrounding mountains, together with its own outdoor Jacuzzi. 

Kalkan’s cobbled Old Town streets, rooftop restaurants, cafés, boutique shops, harbour and waterfront are all just a short stroll away, making Gul Suite an excellent choice for guests who enjoy having everything close at hand and prefer not to rely on taxis or a hire car during their stay. 

Inside, Gul Suite apartment is bright and contemporary, with large sliding glass doors opening directly onto the terrace and creating an easy flow between the indoor and outdoor living areas. 

Living Area 

The open-plan living area is light and comfortably furnished, with a large L-shaped sofa, Smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube, air conditioning and modern lighting. 

Full-width sliding doors open onto the terrace and make the most of the wonderful views, while also allowing plenty of natural light into the apartment. 

Kitchen 

The modern fitted kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering stay, with a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. 

There is plenty of storage and preparation space, together with the added convenience of a filtered drinking-water tap. 

Bedroom 

The spacious bedroom has a double bed plus an additional single bed, allowing Gul Suite to accommodate a couple or small family. 

The room also has air conditioning, wardrobe storage, a dressing table area and a hairdryer for guest use. 

Bathroom 

The contemporary bathroom has a generous walk-in rainfall shower, modern fittings and attractive blue marble-effect tiling. 

Private Roof Terrace & Outdoor Jacuzzi 

The large private terrace is undoubtedly one of the highlights of Gul Suite. 

Stretching across the apartment, it provides an impressive amount of outdoor space for a one-bedroom property in Kalkan Old Town. Guests can relax in the sunshine, dine outside, enjoy an evening drink or simply sit back and take in the panoramic views across the harbour, Kalkan Bay, coastline and mountains. 

To the rear of the terrace is a private outdoor Jacuzzi, providing a lovely spot to relax and unwind while enjoying the Kalkan sunshine or an evening drink as the sun goes down and the lights begin to appear across Kalkan. 

With the sliding doors opened, the terrace feels like a natural extension of the apartment and provides a wonderful indoor-outdoor living space throughout the summer. 

Access 

Please note that Gul Suite is reached via two flights of steps leading to the apartment entrance and may therefore not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
