Villa Cennet Koy is a spacious six-bedroom villa enjoying an elevated position in Kışla, with wonderful panoramic views across Kalkan Bay, the Mediterranean and towards Snake and Mouse Islands.

Arranged over four levels and sleeping up to 12 guests, the villa offers plenty of room for larger families and groups to spend time together while still having their own space. All six bedrooms are en-suite, with several enjoying private balconies and beautiful sea views.

Outside, the main terrace centres around a striking private infinity pool, with a separate Jacuzzi plunge pool, generous sunbathing areas and plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxing. There is also a smaller plunge pool on the lower-ground-floor terrace and a furnished roof terrace with fabulous views across the bay.

Villa Cennet Koy is particularly well positioned for enjoying Kışla and its waterfront. Kalkan Beach Park is approximately a two-minute walk away, with Green Beach Club and Mahal Beach Club also within easy reach. During the summer season, the water taxi from the Kışla waterfront provides an enjoyable alternative way to reach Kalkan harbour and the Old Town.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is largely open-plan, with a spacious and comfortable living area furnished with sofas and armchairs. An indoor dining table seating up to 10 guests sits between the lounge and the well-equipped kitchen.

Large sliding glass doors open directly onto the main pool terrace, bringing plenty of natural light into the living space and making the most of the wonderful sea views.

Also on this level is a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and direct access to the main pool terrace.

First Floor

The first floor has two spacious double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful sea views.

Each bedroom opens onto its own furnished private balcony. The en-suite bathrooms feature walk-in rainfall showers together with private Jacuzzi baths, adding an extra touch of luxury.

Second Floor

The second floor is home to the penthouse double bedroom, with its own en-suite shower room and spectacular sea views.

The bedroom opens directly onto the furnished roof terrace, creating a wonderful private space to relax and enjoy panoramic views across the Mediterranean, Kalkan Bay and towards the harbour.

Roof Terrace

The furnished roof terrace is another lovely outdoor space and takes full advantage of Villa Cennet Koy’s elevated position.

Comfortable seating, cushioned sun loungers and a parasol provide a peaceful spot for enjoying the sunshine, reading a book or simply sitting back and taking in the far-reaching views across Kalkan Bay.

Lower Ground Floor

The lower ground floor has two twin bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room.

This level also has an additional entertainment and lounge area with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV and table tennis, providing a useful extra space for families and groups.

Doors lead outside onto a small private terrace with a mini plunge pool, offering another place to relax away from the main pool terrace.

Outside

Villa Cennet Koy’s spacious outdoor areas are positioned to make the most of the villa’s panoramic views across the Mediterranean and Kalkan Bay.

At the heart of the main terrace is the striking triangular infinity pool, surrounded by cushioned sun loungers and parasols. The main swimming pool can also be heated on request for an additional charge.

Alongside the infinity pool is a separate Jacuzzi plunge pool, while a shaded swing seat and comfortable outdoor seating provide further places to sit back and enjoy the views.

For al fresco dining, there are two outdoor dining tables seating six and eight guests respectively, together with a BBQ – ideal for leisurely lunches or relaxed evenings at the villa.

Kalkan Beach Park is only a short walk away, with Green Beach Club, Mahal Beach Club, a small local supermarket and nearby dining also within easy reach. Kalkan town centre, harbour and Old Town are approximately a five-minute drive away, with taxis readily available.

It is possible to walk into Kalkan, although guests should be aware that Kışla is a hillside area and the route includes slopes. During the summer season, water taxis also operate from the Kışla waterfront across the bay to Kalkan harbour.

The infinity pool and terraces make the most of those wonderful Kalkan Bay views, while the additional Jacuzzi plunge pool, mini plunge pool and roof terrace give guests several different outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout their stay.

Add the convenience of having Kışla’s beach clubs and waterfront close by, together with the summer water taxi across to Kalkan harbour, and Villa Cennet Koy is a fabulous choice for a larger group looking for space, views and a great Kalkan location.
