Villa Azur – Ortaalan – 5 Bedoom

Villa Azur in Ortaalan, Kalkan, is a 5 bedroom villa with breathtaking sea views from all rooms and floor. The attention to details with this villa has been very carefully considered. To give you an idea of the high standard throughout, every room (including bathrooms), has remote roller blinds. So morning time, just open the blinds from the comfort of your bed! The villa also has its own generator, so you’ll never be without electricity either. Plus, you may be able to extend to 16 guests with use of the separate underground 3 bedroom apartment underneath the villa.

Outside is a superb 13-15m long, heated, walk-in infinity pool with roman steps either end and non-slip tiles, table tennis, large BBQ, shaded dining area and quality sunbeds. Inside is a full-size pool table and gym equipment.

The roof terrace off the master bedroom is large and has built in seating plus a jacuzzi and full sea and island views. Every bedroom has its own sea view, furnished balcony.

Ground Floor

The ground floor or entrance level, open plan living area is spacious and incorporates a lounge, modern fully-equipped kitchen which features eye level oven and microwave, plus an island with breakfast bar. There is access to the barbecue area to the side of the kitchen, as well as the pool terrace.
The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV comes complete with Firestick with all UK channels.
There is also a double en-suite bedroom on the ground floor, with access to the poolside.

PLEASE NOTE: As villas have been built in front of Azur, a decorative solid wall has been built to block their roof tops from your view. Sadly the sea views from the ground floor though have been lost.

Lower Ground Floor

There is a games room with gym equipment and full sized pool table. This is a naturally cool room so there is no air-conditioning, but there is a large fan should you need it.

First Floor

There are 3 bedrooms – a twin en-suite (beds can be pushed together to make a double), and two double en-suites. Each with sea view furnished balconies. One of the doubles has 1.5 sides of the room floor to ceiling glass to give panoramic sea views. It also has an oval shaped bath with hand-held shower only over it.
The first floor also houses the small laundry room.

Top Floor

The top floor is dedicated to the Honeymoon Master Suite, with King-Size bed, en-suite shower room, large 5m x 3m terrace directly off the bedroom area that leads to a further terrace for this bedroom.
The roof terrace is large, has been in L-shaped seating, jacuzzi plus a mini-fridge for your convenience as well as more stunning sea views.

Bedroom 5 (Second Floor) – Honeymoon Master Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, mosquito screens, 5mx 3m terrace balcony leading to a further, smaller balcony. Air-conditioned. Hairdryer.

Outside

Approximately 13-15m long, heated (extra charge applies) infinity pool with walk-in Roman steps either end. Non-slip tiles around the pool, as well as mesh style sun loungers and two parasols. Table tennis and pergola covered dining table plus large BBQ and shower.
