Aimee’s House – We are very pleased to add this beautiful 2 bedroom property to our portfolio of properties in Kalamar Bay, Kalkan.

The villa is spacious and beautifully furnished throughout with a real Mediterranean feel to it. The fabulous roof terrace is a really special addition as you have wonderful sea views and is just a great place to relax.  Perfect for BBQ’s, sundowners and al-fresco dining.

Its large pool (which is shared with just four other villas) is generously proportioned offering both sun and shade, and plenty of terrace area to spread out.

Just a short walk away are Kalamar Bay and Kulube Beach Clubs, plus a small selection of restaurants.

The centre of Kalkan is a 10 minute taxi ride away, or a 30 minute walk.

Inside, the ground floor is open plan with a downstairs WC. The lounge area has 2 comfy sofas, TV and DVD player and opens out onto a nice breakfast balcony.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a large fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, washing machine and water dispenser.

Upstairs are the two good sized bedrooms, both with balconies.

The front-facing master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, a newly installed en-suite bathroom and a balcony for early risers to take their morning coffee.

The second bedroom, can be a twin or king-size depending on your preference, and also has a side facing balcony. This bedroom has use of a newly installed separate bathroom featuring a power shower.

Aimee’s House has a super, large roof terrace offers the perfect space for relaxation with comfy seating, bean bags and sun loungers. There is a pergola providing plenty of shade if you don’t want the sun and the views out to the islands across the sea are spectacular.

The pool area although it does not have sea views, is a large communal pool for 4 other villas. There are sunbathing terraces and sunbeds/parasols around it.
