Also on this level is a separate utility room with ironing facilities and washing machine. The lounge area is spacious and provides plenty of comfortable seating to accommodate all of your group, and keep them occupied with the large flat screenTV with Satellite (limited English channels), free wifi and is fully air conditioned. Both the dining area and lounge have large sliding glass panel doors with access to the pool terrace.

On the top floor of Villa Falcon Exclusive, is the rooftop master bedroom. It has a sloping ceiling for attic style and private rooftop terrace, with sunbed seating and umbrella for shade. Height restrictions may apply in this bedroom.

Outside Falcon Exclusive Villa

The infinity pool is 20 x 5m and 1.5m deep with the shallow end approximately 30 cm deep. It also has a jacuzzi section allowing people to sit and cool down whilst enjoying the amazing view, as well as a separate children’s pool.. Specially designed Roman steps allow easy access into the main pool.. A large patio/sunbathing area with 14 sun loungers, (2 are at the shallow part of pool) umbrellas, covered outdoor eating area with a large 14 seater table. The villa has a well stocked garden with various pot plants adding welcome colour and scent. There is a bbq adjacent to the shaded patio and dining area, allowing for great outdoor meals.
Table tennis is provided for guests’ enjoyment.
