On the ground floor is the modern and comfortable open-plan living areas with spacious and fully equipped kitchen/diner, which includes a water cooler/dispenser. The ground floor also has a utility room with ironing facilities and washing machine, plus there is a WC.

Outside the terraces are large, and the pool is approximately 20mtrs long, with a jacuzzi section as well as a separate children’s pool. Around the terraces are plenty of sunbeds, parasols and two good sized pergolas providing welcoming shade from the sun. The mature gardens combine shrubs, flowers and lemon trees bearing fruit; just perfect for those G&T night-caps.
