This area for dining, is perfect for those sunrise breakfast mornings, and wind-down evenings to relax with a glass of wine admiring the views of Kalkan and the islands.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy lounge area with a large flat screen smart TV. The large L shaped sofa has enough seating for 6 guests.

The beautiful white gloss, stylish kitchen, is excellent for entertaining evenings indoors. Fully equipped for self-catering, offering all your home comforts and modern amenities, such as, a cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dish washer, kettle, water cooler and toaster. Situated at the end of the kitchen, is a breakfast bar with stools, perfect as a casual dining spot and to interact with other guests in the kitchen.

The en-suite has a shower, toilet and wash basin. Beautiful patio doors lead onto a shared generous balcony, ideal for enjoying glorious sea views.

Bedroom 2- This airy good-sized bedroom includes, a king size bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe, and vanity unit complete with hairdryer and mirror. This bedroom leads out onto the same balcony shared with the master bedroom.

Bedroom 3- The cooler rear property bedroom includes, twin beds, bedside tables, a large wardrobe and vanity unit with mirror. Please note, this bedroom has sliding glass doors opening directly onto the outside communal hallway.

Also Located on this level, is a shared family bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3.

A perfect essential on the landing is an integrated washing machine, for convenience.

Outside – Hayal Apartment

The outside area of the apartment is superb for entertaining guests, and should be large enough to suit everyone’s needs. The good size private, infinity pool has the benefit of the Roman steps for easy access, also a perfect spot to just sit and relax and dip your feet in. There is a small grassed garden area, accessible with steps down from the pool terrace.

The pool terrace, has a 6 sun loungers, giving you the opportunity to locate them around the patio so you can enjoy relaxing and soaking up the sun. The al fresco dining table and chairs are located under the balcony, but are set in a fantastic location and gets plenty of sun. However there are parasols if shade is preferred.
