No. 1 Azure Heights, is a wonderful sea view apartment with its own heated private infinity pool. The views from the outside terrace and pool, as well as each room are simply stunning, having a dual aspect overlooking both Kalkan and Kalamar Bay. Each room is fully air-conditioned, and there is wifi throughout.

The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style, whilst the outside has a dining table and seating for 6, as well as a comfy seating area with parasols for shade. The pool terraces are further furnished with sunbeds and drinks tables.

A dedicated garage for the apartment is at road level, and there are steps up to the pool and apartment level.

Upon entering the apartment, you are straight into the open plan lounge and kitchen area. The lounge area is comfortable and has a smart TV with Firestick for all your favourite channels. The kitchen is modern with large fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, breakfast bar and 4 stools. There is also a coffee machine. Sliding floor to ceiling doors open out onto the pool terrace.

The master bedroom has a double bed, direct access to the pool terrace and an en-suite shower room.

The twin bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace. This bedroom has use of a shower room next door, which also houses the washing machine.

The apartment has its own private (not shared) infinity pool, which can be heated (extra charge applies),  measuring 7m x 4m x approximately 1.5m deep. The pool terrace is spacious and furnished with a dining table for al-fresco dining, 4 sun-loungers, comfortable seating area and parasols.
