The villa includes two roof terraces, each offering stunning views over the bay towards Mouse and Snake Islands. One terrace is furnished with comfortable seating, making it an ideal spot for enjoying pre-dinner cocktails while admiring the magnificent views. The other terrace boasts a Jacuzzi pool and a sunbathing area equipped with a shower, sun loungers, and parasols. The pool dimensions are approximately 3 metres by 2 metres.

Kalkan beach is a mere one-minute walk from the villa, allowing guests to hear the waves breaking from the roof terraces. The harbour is about a two-minute walk away, providing access to various beach clubs around the bay via complimentary water taxis. Situated in a residential side street, the villa is also within a one-minute walk of the old town’s cobbled streets, which feature an array of boutiques, craft shops, and leather stores.
