Olivium Apartment (A6, front block) is a wonderful three bedroom, three bathroom duplex penthouse apartment with its own panoramic sea view roof terrace. Accessed via a shared entrance, the apartment is so central it’s almost in the old town. Walk down the steps and you are on the opposite side of the roundabout to the taxi rank and the town.

Entrance Level/Ground Floor – Olivium Apartment

Situated in the front block in Olivium and on the top floor, upon entering the apartment you are greeted with a bright open plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is modern and incorporates a fridge freezer, oven and hob and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the upper bedroom. 

The comfortable lounge area has a flat screen TV (limited English channels) with a sofa that turns into an extra bed should you need it. A small front facing balcony is off the lounge, and overlooks the taxi rank roundabout and town. 

Off the lounge is a twin bedroom plus separate shower room, then to the side of the lounge is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. 

First Floor – Olivium Apartment

Part-way up the stair to the upper bedroom, is a door leading to the spacious balcony terrace. The terrace includes a dining table to seat 6, 2 sunbeds and a small sofa/seating area to take in the lovely sea views, as well as the hussle and bustle of people going into the old town area. Please note, as you are so central you may experience road noise. 

Back inside and further up the stairs is the master en-suite double room (sloping roof so height restrictions may apply), with built-in wardrobes. The bedroom also has an en-suite shower room, but does have a sloping roof primarily over the sink and WC. As this is an open plan style bedroom, there is no wall separating the bedroom area from the stairs down to the lower floor.

Bedroom 2 – Double en-suite, air-conditioning.
Bedroom 3 – Master double en-suite, open plan to the stairs leading down to the lower level, air-conditioning and separate access to rooftop terrace from the stairs. 

Outside – Olivium Apartment

There’s a shared pool within the complex, with two sun loungers for the apartment, which is generally very quiet as not all of the apartments are rented.
