Accessed via a shared entrance, the apartment is so central it’s almost in the old town. Walk down the steps and you are on the opposite side of the roundabout to the taxi rank and the town.

Upon entering Olivium Apartment, you have a small hallway, which leads straight in to a good sized open plan lounge and fully functional kitchen, with a small balcony off the lounge.

The comfortable lounge area has wifi and a flat screen TV (limited English channels), plus a DVD player.

The kitchen has all the major appliances you would expect (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer).

Off the lounge is a twin bedroom plus separate shower room, then to the side of the lounge is the stairs/corridor area with a further twin room bedroom with en-suite shower room.

First Floor – Olivium Apartment

Upstairs is the master en-suite double room (sloping roof so height restrictions may apply), plus what must be one of the best roof terrace views in Kalkan. With no neighbours either side of you, you are left to enjoy the space without interruption. The table and chairs seat 6, plus there’s a BBQ and 4 sun-loungers. The roof terrace is accessed off the stairs by everyone, so no need to go through the bedroom.
