On the ground floor is the open plan small kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and water cooler. Opposite is the dining area with table to seat 4 people.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a separate single bedroom, both sharing a family shower room on the same level.

Wooden stairs to the upper open plan mezzanine level provides the lounge area  with sofa and wall mounted TV. Out of sight from the lounge is the master bedroom area with a further sofa and king size bed.

The lounge sofa opens out into a sofa bed to sleep two people, preferably children or small adults. There is a further shower room on this level providing facilities for the lounge and bedroom.
