The Grove Villa is a charming and comfortable 3-bedroom villa. Built over 3 levels located in the Ortaalan district of Kalkan, with private pool and shaded bar area plus a stunning roof terrace with uninterrupted views over the bay.
The villa had new owners for 2022 who completed extensive renovations and redecoration to the highest standard throughout.
Ground Floor – The Grove Villa
The open plan living area contains a well-equipped kitchen, that includes a breakfast bar with two stools. fridge freezer, built in oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine. coffee machine and kettle, plus dining table and chairs to comfortably seat six people
The lounge area has comfortable seating, open fireplace, coffee table, wall mounted smart TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Glass sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.
First Floor – The Grove Villa
The master and twin bedroom are located on the first floor and both have access to the balcony. The third bedroom is on the top floor and has access to the private roof terrace. Both the master and the top bedroom have king beds and all bedrooms have En-suite bathrooms.
Top Floor – The Grove Villa
The third bedroom is on the top floor and has access to the private roof terrace. Please note that this bedroom has slanting ceilings and some height restriction may apply
Bedrooms – The Grove Villa
Bedroom 1 – Double king size bed Master Bedroom, En-suite bedroom with jacuzzi bath, first floor with shared balcony and air-conditioning.
Bedroom 2 – Twin En-suite bedroom, first floor shared balcony and air-conditioning.
Bedroom 3 – Double king size bed 2nd Master on the top floor with private access to roof terrace and air-conditioning.
Outside – The Grove Villa
The outdoor space has matured plants and trees providing multiple seating options with areas of both shade and sun throughout the day. The pool has step and ladder access and sunken bar seating. With sun loungers around the pool terrace, dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and a wonderful shaded bar where you can enjoy cool drinks
