The Retreat is a Beautiful 4-bedroom villa with the capacity to host 8 persons. It has its own private pool. conveniently located in a very quiet residential street in the Kisla area of Kalkan. The large roof terrace offers the sensational sea views that you would expect on this peninsula.  with superb views over Kalkan Bay and the amazing Mediterranean sunset.  The villa itself is very close to the sea, and just a few minutes’ walk to the local beach clubs.

Ground Floor – The Retreat

The living area on the ground floor of The Retreat is open plan. In the lounge area are two large sofas and armchair, flat screen smart tv with Netflix, Wi-Fi and is air-conditioned and direct access to the pool terrace.

The kitchen area is modern with all the appliances you would expect, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, plus a chilled water dispenser. A dining table and chairs to seat 8 people is also provided.

This floor also has one of the bedrooms which features 2 very large single beds, fitted wardrobe, vanity unit. Bathroom with Vitra power shower, vanity unit and toilet

There are further bedrooms when you climb the open tread architectural staircase to the first floor.

First Floor – The Retreat

Top floor-Roof Terrace

The roof level is where you will find a wonderful terrace furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, as well as a jacuzzi. There are few better positions than this area of Kisla to sit back, relax and enjoy panoramic views of the bay, from the harbour to the islands and beyond. Possibly only beaten by the sunset views from the same spot!

There is also a washing machine on this floor.

Outdoors – The Retreat

The Retreat has good size swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace and sun loungers. There is an alfresco dining table and chairs in a shady spot at the side of the villa, as well as an inbuilt BBQ and a kettle BBQ for choice of ways to cook.

There is a shaded kosk seating area and pergola for relaxation and the villa enjoys a lush foliage garden.
