Villa 360 is a luxury villa located in an elevated position within the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. The villa has 5 bedrooms and many extras on offer that include a self-contained suite apartment, a wonderful pool terrace, cinema, gym and games room, plus a fabulous furnished roof terrace with stunning panoramic sea and islands views over Kalkan.
The interior has neutral tones throughout with finishes to a very high standard and can comfortably accommodate 10-13 people

Lower Ground Floor – Villa 360

Accessed via a small set of external steps by the poolside is a one bed suite apartment with lounge, kitchenette with dining area, double bedroom and good-sized shower room. From the living room guests can access a fully equipped cinema room, ideal for teenagers which has a sofa that can also be used as a double-bed, an X-Box, Wii, DVD player, smart TV, cinema screen and Netflix.

A private gym is provided for those who like to keep up their fitness routines, features include exercise bikes, treadmill, x-trainer, weights, exercises mats, yoga balls and other hand-held equipment.

Ground Floor – Villa 360

The ground floor is the entrance level, here the open plan living area has a galleried landing that offers a double height ceiling with full height glass patio doors opening onto the sun terrace and pool area. A large corner style sofa, coffee table, TV with English satellite channels, X-Box and DVD player.

The kitchen area is modern and fully equipped for all your needs and includes, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, water cooler and dining area with table and chairs to seat 10 guests

A guest cloakroom / WC is also provided on this level, together with a laundry room.

First Floor – Villa 360

On this level are two double en suite bedrooms, one of which includes a large jacuzzi, both have air conditioning and private balconies

Top Floor – Villa 360

The top floor consists of a large bedroom with super king-sized bed, large dressing room, en suite bathroom and direct access to the furnished roof terrace with spectacular panoramic views over Kalkan and the surrounding mountains, the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day and watch the sunset.

Large infinity-edged pool with incorporated splash pool that’s idea for children, or for placing your lounger in. The pool also has a Jacuzzi section included. Pool dimensions are approximately 12 metres x 3.2 metres x 1.3 metres deep (splash pool approximately 3 metres x 5 metres)

The pool can be heated during the low season months if required (NB sufficient notice and extra costs apply – please ask for details at the time of booking).

The surrounding terrace has ample sun-loungers and parasols plus a comfortable corner seating area with coffee table / fire pit.

An outdoor bar is also included, with fridge, 5 bar stools and ample shelves stocked with plastic glassware and crockery for outdoor use around the pool

A shaded dining area with BBQ is also provided.
