NB: The main entrance is accessed by steps leading up from a private covered parking space.

The villa is entered on this level and once inside, the large floor to ceiling glass windows gives a wonderful spacious feel and take advantage of the views. 

A light and airy open plan living area is tastefully decorated with a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table and smart TV.  

 The well-equipped kitchen incorporates an integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine and kettle, plus an island with gas hob and 3 bar stools. 

The villa has wi-fi and is air-conditioned throughout. 

Lower Floor – Villa Adamo 

Dedicated to three generously sized en-suite bedrooms, all of which have direct access to the smaller pool. Plus, a games room that comes equipped with an air hockey table, pool table, table football, dartboard and a retro arcade games console.   

The pool terrace on this level has a small coffee table and chairs, sun loungers and swing chair.

The edge of the pool overlooks a partial view of the sea and mountains, enhanced by a water feature cascading into the small pool on the level below. The terrace is also furnished with sun loungers, a spacious parasol and a pergola-shaded seating area, as well as an al fresco dining area.
