Ground Floor – Villa Afsana

A gorgeous open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is located on the ground floor. The double-height living space is decorated in a modern style and offers panoramic views. The full-height windows fronting the whole floor let light pour into the home and maximize the sea views. The interior design uses fresh white and cream tones to create a relaxing atmosphere.

The kitchen-dining area is beautifully furnished with a dining table that seats eight people, and is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a huge fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, and a gas hob with electric oven.

The living room contains a Smart flat-screen TV with internet access, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, as well as a DVD player and a top-notch sound system. Full-height windows fronting the whole floor let light pour into the home and maximize the sea views. The interior design uses fresh white and cream tones to create a relaxing atmosphere with tasteful splashes of colour in the artwork.

The first of the villa’s four bedrooms is located on this floor. Normally a twin, the single beds can also be configured as a double if preferred. This bedroom has an ensuite shower room and views of the pool terrace.

First Floor – Villa Afsana

The main bedroom, which has a king-size bed, is on this floor. It is around 40 square meters in size and has a free-standing Jacuzzi bath from which to soak up views of the sea and mountains. This bedroom features an en-suite shower room, a separate dressing area, and a private balcony with sea views.

Second Floor – Villa Afsana

The third and fourth bedrooms are located on this floor.
One of the rooms can be set up as a double or twin, and has a dressing area and en-suite bath/shower room.
The other bedroom on this floor has a king size bed and features a dressing space and an en suite shower room.
Both bedrooms have magnificent views of the sea and mountains.

The villa’s generous-sized roof terrace is accessible from both bedrooms. Here guests can enjoy a sundowner and soak up the magnificent sunsets across the Bay.

Bedroom 1 Twin bedroom that can be made up as a double if required, with en-suite shower room and pool terrace views.

Bedroom 2 Master bedroom, approximately 40 square metres in area, with free-standing jacuzzi bath, shower room and sea view balcony.

Bedroom 3 Twin bedroom that can be made up as a double if required, with a dressing area, en-suite bath/shower room, and access to roof terrace.

Bedroom 4 Double bedroom with king size bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room. This bedroom also has access to the roof terrace.

Outdoors – Villa Afsana

With terraces on three sides, Villa Afsana offers an infinity pool with Jacuzzi jets, a children’s pool, an al fresco dining space, an outdoor sofa lounging area, sun loungers, and a BBQ.

It will take 10–12 minutes to make your way down a beach walkway to the centre of Kalkan. It just takes a few minutes to stroll to either the well-known Palm Beach Club or Zest Beach Club, which are both located below the villas. Once there, you can have a delicious lunch, partake in some water sports, or simply relax on the wooden sundeck overlooking the ocean while soaking up the rays. These beach clubs also have water taxis which guests can use that take you to and from the harbour in the Old Town.
