Inside, the villa has been stylishly furnished throughout, and is more like a home than a rental property.

Ground Floor – Villa Alexander

The ground floor is dedicated to the open plan living areas and includes a superb fully equipped, bespoke hand-made kitchen, featuring a granite-topped island. The kitchen includes top of the range stainless steel appliances, and everything you would need for self-catering including oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water cooler, juicer and blender.

The living and dining area has a working fireplace, TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. A selection of board games, DVD’s and books are provided for your use.

A guest cloakroom can also be found on this level.

Upper Floors – Villa Alexander

The Master Suite, set at the very top of the villa dominates the entire top floor. The master suite has an open plan marble bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. This room features a super-king-sized bed, large sofa-bed, twin basins, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and splendid sea view, furnished balcony. This is a great room to wake up in, or retire with a night-cap.

Paris Room: A large spacious double room, with a king size bed, seating area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony that provides stunning views out to sea and over the bay.

Bay Room: Identical to Paris room. It is a large spacious double room, with king size bed, seating area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony that provides stunning views over the bay.

Twin Room: Located between the Bay and Paris rooms, this twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a sea view furnished balcony.

Extra Guests (9th and 10th guests)

The 9th and 10th guests (if applicable) will be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the Entertainment Room of the villa.
