Villa Alisia is a 3 bedroomed villa, in a popular central location close to the Regency Hotel, a mere 10 minute flat walk to the centre of Kalkan. 

 Stylishly furnished, the villa incorporates two double bedrooms which are larger than most and a twin. The The living and bedroom areas are spacious and airy, while the pool terrace offers a relaxing environment for soaking up the suns rays. 

 Ground floor – Villa Alisia 

The open plan lounge area with split level kitchen and dining area, is comfortably furnished in pastal colours and soft lightening. As well as an arrangement of sofas and chairs, there is a flat screen TV, DVD player and bluetooth speaker. 

The modern kitchen is well equipped, and incorporates various appliances including oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a dining table to seat 8 people, and large sliding patio doors overlook the pool area.

First floor – Villa Alisia

Up a flight of stairs is a spacious double en-suite bedroom. With a large, covered terrace balcony off the bedroom, this is a great space for watching the boats returning to harbour each day from the comfort of the reclining chairs. 

Second floor – Villa Alisia 

On this floor is an ultra-large, sea view master suite, which incorporates a double bed together with seating area and coffee table for that early morning coffee. Up four steps to the split level dressing room and separate en-suite shower room with twin sinks.  

Off the master suite is a wonderful, sea view, covered balcony terrace with two sun-loungers. 

Top Floor – Villa Alisia

With a sloping room (height restrictions may apply), is the spacious twin bedroom. 

 Outside – Villa Alisia

The outside area has a pool surrounded by pool terraces, and is bathed in sun during most of the day. There are sufficient sunbeds and parasols, plus brick-built BBQ for al-fresco dining and dining table to seat 8. 

As the villa is in an elevated position, there is a garage underneath the pool for secure parking. The pool is cleaned daily, and for your additional comfort and convenience, the villa has air conditioning and wi-fi internet throughout.
