This spacious, family friendly 4-bedroom villa is located in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, offers a total of four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. It has spectacular sea views from all over the villa and it is ideal for families with its children’s pool and table tennis facilities. It boasts an ideal position, being just a ten-minute stroll to the town centre via a footbridge. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a Wi-Fi internet connection as well as a 24-hour security camera system.

On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen and a spacious lounge area. The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, microwave, water dispenser, and a dining table for six people. It also has direct access to the pool terrace.
The first of the bedrooms is also located on the ground floor, with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace.

Two double bedrooms with luxurious ensuite bathrooms occupy the first floor. Each of these have their own private balconies and also share a communal balcony all of which have uninterrupted panoramic sea views.

Second Floor – Villa Alternatif

The top floor features a twin en-suite bedroom with a furnished balcony which unlike the limited view from the lower floors, offers stunning sea & Kalkan bay views.

The pool terrace is the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories with your loved ones. It features a beautiful infinity pool measuring 6.5 x 3 metres with a depth of 1.65 metres, providing a refreshing oasis. Adjacent to the main pool, there is a children’s pool measuring approximately 3 x 1.5 metres and with a depth of 50 cm, ensuring everyone can enjoy the water safely. The pool terrace is furnished with ample sun loungers and a comfortable seating area, catering to your every need and ensuring an unforgettable family holiday.

There is also a dining area for 8 located under a shady pergola with an adjacent stone-built barbeque outside a BBQ for alfresco dining.
The villa is suitable for small children with a shallow pool for them to play in (3 x 5.5 metres, depth 50cm).
To finish the terrace entertainment, there is a table tennis table for the more active to enjoy.
