Villa Amelia offers stylish and contemporary accommodation, surrounded by well established gardens and poolside terraces, and comfortable seating to relax upon. The roof terrace is wonderful, and offers full kitchen facilities (hob, sink, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher) under a shaded canopy with ceiling fans, plus a table and 8 chairs for al-fresco dining. A further comfy seating area with stunning sea views adorns the roof terrace.

Ground Floor – Villa Amelia

Upon entering the villa, it is split level and open plan living. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has flat screen TV and ipod docking station. Steps up from the lounge, lead to the indoor dining table Double doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

The kitchen is modern with luxury features such as Corian work surfaces, and kitchen units that open upon touching. Siemen’s appliances include integrated oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and water cooler. From the kitchen a door leads to the dining terrace and BBQ area.

Also on the ground is a very convenient double bedroom with open en-suite shower, and a separate WC.

First Floor – Villa Amelia

The remaining three bedrooms are on this floor. A kingsize en-suite, double en-suite plus a further twin bedroom. There is a separate shower room for the use of the twin room.

Bedroom 1 – Twin room with in-room open shower (there is no WC in the bedroom. Guests to use the communal WC on the ground floor). Air conditioned. Situated on the Ground Floor.
Bedroom 2 – King size en-suite. Air conditioned. Situated on the First Floor.
Bedroom 3 – Double en-suite. Air conditioned. Situated on the First Floor.
Bedroom 4 – Twin room. Air conditioned. Situated on the First Floor.

Roof Terrace – Villa Amelia

With stunning sea views, Villa Amelia has a spacious roof terrace with comfortable seating, sun loungers, bean bags, full kitchen facilities and dining table under shade.

There is an automatic awning that’s activated by high temperatures to allow use of this stunning space all day long, as well as ceiling fans on the shaded pergola covering the kitch and dining area. This is a well thought out area and perfect for a nightcap.

Outside – Villa Amelia

There is a 6m x 3m pool which can be heated in the cooler months (extra charge applies), as well as a ‘swim against the current’ exercise jet. The pool is surrounded by terraces with comfortable seating and well established gardens.

As this is the Likya Estate, there is a large communal pool for guests staying on the Likya Estate only to use for a fee.
