Villa Anatolia is a 4-bedroom villa with a private pool located on a quiet residential street in the lower part of the Akbel area of Kalkan. Set over 3 floors this charming halal villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests in its four double bedrooms, and with its large shallow pool and play area it is ideal for families with small children. The Turkish bath and sauna provide an add of luxury to guests’ holiday experience.

Perched above Kalkan it has excellent sea views and being only a few minutes walk to the local bus route into town, local grocers shops, restaurants and the sunday market it is an option for guests not wishing to use a vehicle whilst on holiday.

Villa Anatolia’s pool is secluded from the outside so making it suitable for those wishing a high degree of privacy be it for religious or other reasons.

Ground Floor – Villa Anatolia

The ground floor entrance level is approached down a flight of steps and entry is directly into a large open plan living / dining kitchen area. The living area is furnished with two large sofas, an armchair, coffee table and large flat screen tv. Direct access to the pool terrace through glazed sliding doors.

The modern  kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washing machine, built-in oven and hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and a dining table for six with direct access to the pool terrace.

A double en-suite bedroom with pool terrace views is located on the ground floor to the rear.

First Floor – Villa Anatolia

Two double en-suite bedrooms with private sea view balconies, a luxurious Turkish bath and sauna  are also located on this floor.

Second Floor – Villa Anatolia.

A double bedroom with an adjacent shower room. A large roof terrace furnished with a comfortable seating group under a  shady pergola and a large egg-type swing provide an excellent location to enjoy the panoramic views out across Kalkan Bay.

Villa Anatolia’s outdoor space has everything to ensure the maximum enjoyment of its guests – from a large secluded pool (9 x 4m , depth 1.55m) with stepped access, a large shallow jacuzzi/children’s  pool (4 x 3m, depth 50cm),  a romantic poolside cabana, 8 sun loungers and side tables, two large umbrellas, a large swing, an alfresco dining area for eight people and a comfortable seating group. Table tennis, table football and a children’s play area provide entertainment for all the family too.
