Ground Floor – Villa Anka

The ground floor accommodation comprises a spacious open plan lounge / kitchen dining area which opens directly onto the pool terrace. The use of full length glazing maximises the impact of the jaw-dropping views from this area while bathing the interior with natural light.

The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable large sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and shelved tv unit with a Smart television. The dining table for four is next to the well-equipped kitchen, which runs the full depth of the room. This is equipped with all the essentials needed for your stay, including a fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and Turkish coffee machine. The adjacent breakfast bar has two bar stools.

There is also an adjacent communal cloakroom as well as the entire villa being air-conditioned and complimentary wi-fi internet throughout.

First Floor – Villa Anka

The two spacious bedrooms are located on this floor. The master bedroom is exceptionally spacious and is furnished with a large romantic circular bed which faces directly out to sea, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning sea views without even getting up. The inclusion of a jacuzzi with the same panoramic views adds even a greater sense of luxury.

Full height glazing from wall to wall leads onto a furnished sea view balcony which runs the full width of the villa.The bathroom area located to the rear of the room includes a wash basin, shower cubicle and wc, the latter two of which are enclosed by a frosted glass enclosure for privacy.

The second bedroom is a twin and again is very spacious, has the same picturesque sea views, shared balcony and a separate ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 1 – Master Bedroom with large circular bed with integral bedside cabinets, wardrobe, ensuite shower room, large jacuzzi bath, shared furnished balcony with stunning sea views.

Bedroom 2 – Twin bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe, dressing table, ensuite shower room and shared furnished sea view balcony.

Outdoors – Villa Anka

The views from the pool terrace are second to none and can be enjoyed from either the four sun loungers, the Egg type swing chair or the dining table for 4 , located under a shady pergola.

The main infinity pool is some 8 x 4 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.5 metres. The stunning views, and excellent sunsets, are even better when viewed while relaxing in your pool.

In additional to this there is also a generous sized plunge/children’s pool some 5 x 2.5 metres, with a depth of 1 metre. This smaller pool is enclosed by a glass screen in the winter months and can be heated to a maximum of 28 degrees centigrade. This makes it an ideal choice for guests who are not confident swimmers or guests coming in the cooler months of the year. There is no extra charge for heating this pool between the 1st of November and the 30th of April.
