Description – Villa Aqua Verde

The whole house is fully air-conditioned, and there’s wifi both indoors and out on the terraces. Pamper yourself in the spa area, which comes with its own kitchen, hammam, sauna, steam room, massage room, and a waterfall shower. There’s a gym, too—complete with treadmill, exercise bike, step machine, a massage lounger and a SMART TV. If you’re feeling competitive, there’s even table tennis.

Outside Villa Aqua Verde, a hot and cold jacuzzi is waiting for you to sink in and relax, plus a separate heated pool. Heating charges apply for both the pool and jacuzzi.

Set on a generous plot in Kalkan’s exclusive Komurluk neighbourhood, Villa Aqua Verde comes with jaw-dropping views over Kalkan Bay from its many terraces and bright, airy rooms. Whether it’s the magical sunsets or just watching boats drift in and out of the harbour during the day, the scene never gets old.

Picture yourself out by the pool—spacious, stylish, and seriously inviting, with plenty of cushioned loungers, parasols, and chill-out spots to make you feel right at home. The pool’s got an amazing infinity edge that frames those killer views, plus easy-access walk-in steps at one end, and at the other, water spills down from the jacuzzi above. There’s even a raised seating nook for when you want to take it all in from up high. If you’re visiting earlier or later in the season, the pool can heated (extra charge applies).

One of the terrace highlights is the open-air ‘living room,’ complete with a bar (fridge and sink included), plush seating, a wall-mounted SMART TV, and a sound system for those laid-back evenings or impromptu get-togethers.

From Villa Aqua Verde, Kalkan’s Old Town is a 10–15 minute walk, or just a short cab or car ride if you’d rather not walk it. Head the opposite way and you’re a few minutes’ downhill stroll from the exclusive Zest Beach Club, Denizim Beach Club and Palm Beach Club.

Ground Floor – Villa Aqua Verde

The villa features two street-level entrances, each with parking for two vehicles and steps leading up to the pool terrace. The main entrance opens into a hallway showcasing an impressive sweeping staircase providing access to both upper and lower floors.

An archway leads to a spacious open-concept living and dining area as well as the kitchen. Furnishings are refined throughout, including a large, comfortable sofa, coffee table, and wall-mounted SMART TV. The round dining table seats eight, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of units and appliances such as large fridge freezer, built-in microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine toaster and water cooler. It includes an island with twin sinks and 4 bar stools. Sliding patio doors surround this area, allowing direct access to the pool terrace and offering panoramic views.

This level also offers a double en-suite bedroom with built-in wardrobes, dressing table, stool, and sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace. Additionally, there is a separate guest WC located along the hallway for convenience.

First Floor – Villa Aqua Verde

Up on the first floor, you’ll find three gorgeous bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and style.

The master suite features a king-size bed and a sleek en-suite shower room with double sinks. There’s a cosy seating corner for quiet moments, plenty of wardrobe space, and a dressing table and stool. Slide open the doors to step out onto your very own private balcony, complete with a table and comfy chairs—perfect for soaking up those jaw-dropping sea views.

Next to it is a second bedroom with a king bed, its own en-suite shower room, seating area, wardrobes, and dressing table with stool. This room opens onto a balcony at the side of the villa, shared with the third bedroom, offering more sweeping views down to the pool and sea. There’s a table and chairs here for lazy mornings or evening chats.

The third bedroom, also with a king bed and en-suite, includes an armchair, wardrobe, and a dressing table with a stool. Like the second room, it has sliding doors onto the shared side balcony.

For everyone’s convenience, there’s an extra WC and wash basin on this floor, making it easy for guests to freshen up whenever they like.

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Aqua Verde

Down on the lower ground floor, you’ll discover two more inviting bedrooms plus the spa area with massage room, sauna, Turkish hamam and gym area.

The first bedroom is a laidback retreat featuring a king-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and comfy armchair. It has its own en-suite bathroom, and those glass sliding doors open straight out to a sheltered terrace facing the sea—ideal for kicking back with a book or just soaking up the stunning views. The terrace itself is set up with plenty of sofas and armchairs, plus a coffee table, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Next door, the twin bedroom is just as welcoming, with its own en-suite shower room, wardrobe, dressing table, stool and an armchair. It opens onto that same lovely terrace that is shared with the king-size bedroom.

You’ll find the utility room tucked around the corner, kitted out with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Pool and Terrace Area – Villa Aqua Verde

Externally there are steps up to the pool terrace as well as some steps down to the street level.

The stunning heated infinity pool of Villa Aqua Verde has arguably unbeatable views across the bay, and out towards Mouse and Snake islands. At one end, you can slip in via gentle Roman walk-in steps; at the other, there’s a shallow area where water tumbles down from the Jacuzzi above.

Around the pool, eight sun loungers are all lined up, plus four parasols and handy side tables. Head up a few steps from the terrace and you’ll find a cosy cabana area with its own heated Jacuzzi and two more loungers. There’s an L-shaped sofa around a coffee table and an armchair for kicking back and soaking up the views, plus two seats and a side table for extra comfort.

A few steps above the pool sits a fantastic “outside living room” where you’ll find an overhead fan, a bar with a fridge and sink, and four bar stools—perfect for mixing up a drink or two. There’s a comfy sofa, armchairs, another coffee table, plus a wall-mounted Smart TV and sound system for those lazy days or fun evenings.

If you love al-fresco dining, there’s a big table to seat 12 and a stone BBQ.
