Steps from the road and private parking area, take you down to the villa entrance and hallway. On this level is the master en-suite bedroom which stretches the full width of the villa and comprises a TV, sofabed, and two sea view balconies. From this bedroom you have access to one of the outside jacuzzi plunge pools, designed for 2 people, plus built-in comfy seating area. A side terrace house a table and seating for six people.

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Armoni

From the hallway down a set of steps is a double en-suite bedroom and twin en-suite bedroom. Each have a TV and full length sliding doors that open onto a lovely ambient, landscaped terraced garden with relaxing water feature. A high degree of thought has gone into ensuring your stay is relaxing with superb features such as the second jacuzzi plunge pool for up to 4 people and shaded seating. For pure indulgence, there is a sauna and Turkish hammam. Further features on this level include the bar with mini-kitchenette, BBQ and sun-loungers.

First Floor – Villa Armoni

Dedicated to the open plan living areas, this floor is bright and airy with a comfortable lounge area with L-shaped sofa and TV leading out to a delightful sea view balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is modern, and incorporates a breakfast bar, water cooler, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

Second Floor/Roof Terrace – Villa Armoni

The second and top floor of the villa is quite unlike any other villa, and provides a very high degree of privacy from neighbouring villas. Catching the sun virtually all day until sunset, the main salt-water pool (approx. 9m x 2m x 1.35m deep) has stunning sea views of Kalamar Bay and the mountains. Please note: The pool edge’s barrier is quite low, so care should be taken especially with children, who should be supervised at all times.

Wooden decking on the roof terrace is furnished with double daybeds. An electric canopy provides sun or shade to meet your needs accordingly or take advantage of the comfy seating to relax in with a pre-dinner glass of wine. For your comfort and convenience, there is a kitchenette with hob, sink and fridge as well as a WC.
