Villa Artar Description

Located in the lower Kiziltas district of Kalkan it is approximately  a 15 minutes downhill walk to the centre. Set on the hillside it has uninterrupted panoramic views out across Kalkan Bay.  Equipped with a few extras aimed at providing maximum enjoyment for families including a large side balcony with children’s play area, table football and exercise bike, villa Artar  provides an ideal location for families looking for a high degree of privacy. A covered parking area is provided at street level adjacent to a flight of steps which lead to the villa’s entrance level.

Ground Floor  Villa Artar

On the ground floor is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, each with direct access to the pool terrace. The lounge area is spacious and comfortably furnished and includes seating for 7,  coffee table and TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a dining table and chairs that comfortably seats 8 people.

First Floor  Villa Artar

The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms with a large shared balcony with wonderful views of the sea and the islands, where you can sit with a sundowner.

Second Floor  Villa Artar

The second floor has two en-suite bedrooms with a large shared balcony, again with wonderful sea views.

Third Floor  Villa Artar

The master bedroom is located in the top floor and has a large roof terrace with amazing views out across Kalkan Bay and beyond.

Bedroom 3 – Double en-suite bedroom with sea and mountain view. Shared, furnished, sea view balcony.
Bedroom 4 – Double en-suite bedroom with sea and mountain view. Shared, furnished, sea view balcony.
Bedroom 5 – Double bedroom, apex roof (height restrictions may apply) with en-suite bathroom and access to the roof terrace with sea and mountain views.

Outdoors Villa Artar

A flight of steps lead up from street level to the villa’s entrance. The pool terrace is at this level and incorporates a  stunning infinity pool, (7 x 4 meters depth 1.6 metres), 8 sunloungers, 3 parasols, a pod-type swing, an outdoor dining area with adjacent  stone-built BBQ, and a comfortable seating area. All from which guests may soak in the panoramic views.

An additional garden area with seating is located to the far side of the pool terrace. There is stair access to an additional recreation balcony which includes a children’s play area and exercise bike.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival. Please ask for more details.
