There is a spacious dining area off the kitchen which comfortably seats 8 people, then the lounge area incorporates a large L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player and sound system. The living areas are bright and airy due to the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open out onto the fabulous poolside terraces.

The ground floor also has a separate WC, utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, plus a double en-suite bedroom, with views over the pool terraces and out to sea are on this floor.

Dedicated to the entire top floor is the master en-suite bedroom with dressing room. The en-suite comprises twin sinks as well as a WC and shower. From this bedroom there is direct access to the spectacular panoramic sea view roof terrace. Relax in the jacuzzi and enjoy….

Outside

There is a spacious pool terrace and a large 14.5mt x 5mt heated infinity pool (with Jacuzzi section) for those cooler months. There are plenty of sun-loungers plus parasols, and a decked area with double-lounger, a comfortable cushioned rattan seating area, a further ottoman style seating area and an al-fresco dining area. A BBQ and an outside shower are also provided. Fabulous sea views can be enjoyed from all aspects of the terrace.
