Villa Berry is located in the popular Kisla district of Kalkan. A modern detached villa with 5 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The accommodation is spread across four floors, with excellent sea views from both the lounge and three of the bedrooms. Villa Berry is a short walk to the local beach clubs and with its  games facilities it is a perfect choice for large families and groups of  friends. Air conditioning throughout. 

Approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre Villa Berry is also within easy walking distance of a couple of excellent restaurants and a small grocer’s shop. 

Entrance. to the villa is down a short flight of steps. The kitchen and living room are on the entrance level , while two of the bedrooms are on the lower ground floor level and the other three bedrooms are on the upper levels.  

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Berry

The first two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, one twin and one double both with ensuite shower rooms, garden views and direct access to the garden area. There is also a shady recreational area on this level for guests to enjoy some leisurely fun with table tennis, darts and table football .

Floor to ceiling glazed doors allow direct access from the living space to the inviting pool terrace, and stunning sea views, thus perfectly blending indoor and outdoor living. The lounge includes 2 large sofas, an armchair, coffee table, and a flat screen tv.  

The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven and hob, microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, turkish coffee machine, water dispenser and a dining table for 6. You’ll also find a washing machine, pots, pans, and various cooking utensils to meet all your culinary needs. 

First Floor – Villa Berry

This floor is dedicated to one double and one twin bedroom, each with their own ensuite shower rooms.  Both bedrooms share a furnished balcony and have the amazing views over the bay. Perfect for watching the sun set over the mountains opposite. 

Second Floor – Villa Berry

A spacious ensuite double bedroom occupies the top floor of Villa Berry, with its own furnished roof terrace with  the same amazing views as the bedrooms on the floor below.
